Pacific Sunwear Asst. Manager Sues Over Breaks

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 2:46 PM EDT) -- A former employee of Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. hit the clothing retailer with a class action in California state court Monday, claiming it denied assistant managers meal breaks and failed to pay full wages in violation of state law.
