Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 2:57 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge in California ruled Monday that Apple Inc. CEO Steve Jobs can be forced to answer questions in an antitrust class action claiming the technology giant stifled competition in the portable digital music player and music file markets.
