Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 2:28 PM ET) -- Azure Networks LLC and Tri-County Excelsior Foundation hit several technology companies including Qualcomm Inc. with a lawsuit in Texas federal court on Tuesday, claiming the defendants are infringing a personal area network patent used in various Bluetooth networking devices.
The complaint, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, also names Atheros Communications Inc., Broadcom Corp. and Texas Instruments Inc. as defendants and seeks judgments of infringement and damages.
