HHS Sued Over Health Care Waiver Docs

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 1:36 PM EDT) -- A conservative political advocacy group filed suit on Wednesday against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for allegedly failing to turn over information about waivers from health care reform mandates.
