Conduct Expert Can Testify In Ohio Corruption Case

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 6:40 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors will be allowed to put forth a professional rules of conduct expert during the trial of a former Cuyahoga County, Ohio, judge and several officials over alleged kickbacks for government contracts and other corruption, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
