Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 3:17 PM ET) -- Quebecor World Halliday Inc. on Wednesday exited a Rhode Island suit brought by Unilever Bestfoods and KIK Custom Products Inc. against a slew of companies over cleanup costs at the Peterson/Puritan Inc. Superfund site.
Judge Ronald R. Lagueux of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island dropped Quebecor, formerly known as Halliday Lithograph Corp., from the suit based on a joint dismissal motion that the parties submitted March 18.
