Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 2:39 PM ET) -- A former deputy general counsel at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission is joining Baker Botts LLP as a partner in the firm’s Washington office.
Brad Berry, who was in charge of the CFTC’s appellate litigation, is expected to help Baker Botts clients navigate new rules and compliance measures that the federal government is rolling out pursuant to financial reform under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the firm said.
