Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 5:22 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge rejected Google Inc.'s sealed motion for summary judgment of noninfringement Thursday in a search patent case brought by Northeastern University and Jarg Corp., ruling that disputed issues remained ahead of a scheduled April trial.
