Senate Wants Quarterly Medicare Fraud Reports

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 6:00 PM EDT) -- Senate Finance Committee leaders on Thursday requested quarterly updates from federal officials fighting Medicare and Medicaid fraud, in order to more effectively allocate resources for enforcement efforts.
