Court Trims TVA Coal Ash Spill Class Action Claims

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 7:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge Wednesday pared down claims in a host of consolidated lawsuits lodged against the Tennessee Valley Authority over a 2008 spill of coal ash sludge at a disposal facility near the Watts Bar Resevoir.
