Negligence In Drywall Case Requires Notice: Fla. Judge

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Homebuilders, installers or suppliers of allegedly faulty Chinese drywall can only be held negligent if it is proven the companies were aware the drywall was defective, a Florida state judge overseeing a class action ruled in an order made available Wednesday.
