Goodyear Faces Sex Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. has been slapped with a purported class action by female employees who claim they were forced out of their jobs after being subjected to a hostile work environment because of their gender.

The lawsuit was filed Monday in federal court in southern Mississippi, on behalf of two women who worked as general maintenance technicians at Goodyear’s Northport Mall location in Ridgeland, Miss.
