Speedway Tries To Throw Wrench In NASCAR’s Path

Law360, New York (April 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Kentucky Speedway has redoubled its antitrust campaign against the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, hoping to force the racing body to bring an elite Nextel Cup race to the track.

On Friday, the Louisville-area speedway submitted an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky against NASCAR and International Speedway Corp., after first filing suit against the pair in 2005.
