Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 5:26 PM ET) -- PepsiCo Inc. has snared International Paper Co.'s top corporate attorney, Maura Abeln Smith, to be its general counsel and executive vice president of government affairs, the beverage and snack food giant announced Friday.
