NY Judge Won't Reconsider MF Global Coverage Ruling

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 9:05 PM ET) -- A New York state judge refused Friday to reconsider his decision that a $141 million loss created by a MF Global Holdings Ltd. futures trader indicted for wire fraud is eligible for coverage under MF's insurance policy with New Hampshire Insurance Co.
