Facebook Ownership Suit To Remain In Federal Court

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 6:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge ruled Monday that a man who claims he owns 84 percent of Facebook Inc. cannot remand his suit against the social network's chief to a New York state court, finding the parties are from different jurisdictions.
