Perkins Coie Adds Corporate, IP, Antitrust Pros

Law360, New York (April 12, 2011, 4:47 PM EDT) -- Perkins Coie LLP has added three attorneys — including a securities and corporate finance partner from Faegre & Benson LLP and a Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP intellectual property and antitrust lawyer — to its expanding Denver office.

Jason Day, formerly of Faegre, joins as a partner in the firm’s business practice, and Amanda Tessare, a patent infringement and antitrust attorney formerly of Gibson Dunn, joins as of counsel, Perkins Coie announced March 28.
