DOD Seeks More Flexible Approach To Cost Overruns

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 6:01 PM EDT) -- U.S. Department of Defense officials announced Tuesday they would seek legislation to revise rules governing congressional notification of cost overruns in major weapons acquisition programs, despite critics' concerns about the skyrocketing price tag those overruns brought in 2010.
