NY AG To Review AT&T's $39B T-Mobile Deal

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 5:15 PM EDT) -- New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman on Tuesday launched a review of AT&T Inc.’s planned $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA Inc., saying he would look for negative impacts the merger could have on the state’s consumers and businesses.
