7th Circ. Sides With Chicago Teachers In Layoff Fight

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 8:02 PM EDT) -- The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a decision ordering Chicago's public school system to create a procedure that allows laid-off teachers to apply for new job openings, but said working with a teachers' union in the process was optional.
