Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:17 PM EDT) -- A former manager for an unnamed bank pled guilty Wednesday in New York to taking part in a conspiracy to falsify bank records regarding municipal finance contracts, marking the ninth plea sparked by a federal antitrust probe of the municipal bond industry.
