JPMorgan Whistleblower Fights Bid To Toss Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:02 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for an ex-JPMorgan Chase & Co. wealth management executive argued in New York on Wednesday that her suit accusing the bank of firing her for blowing the whistle on an Israeli client's suspected fraud was detailed enough to survive the bank's dismissal request.
