Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 12:19 PM ET) -- A former account executive at Yelp Inc. launched a proposed class action Tuesday in California alleging the online review service failed to pay as many as 200 sales employees overtime compensation.
Justin Larkin filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California alleging Yelp improperly classified four types of employees as exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and state labor law.
