Ex-Marc Jacobs Exec Sues Over 'Offensive' Workplace

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- Marc Jacobs International LLC let a sexually charged workplace go unchecked, and even its general counsel ignored employee complaints, the fashion brand's former chief operating officer said Tuesday in a suit filed in New York state court.

Patrice Lataillade lodged a complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, alleging the company subjected him to a discriminatory and offensive work environment, then fired him when he complained about it.
