Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 6:47 PM ET) -- Intellectual property firm Novak Druce & Quigg LLP announced April 1 that it had added an ex-Howrey LLP patent specialist to its Houston office, the firm's fourth ex-Howrey hire in recent weeks.
