Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 12:58 PM EDT) -- On March 25, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s final revised Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and accompanying interpretive guidance to implement the ADA Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAA) were published in the Federal Register. The regulations are effective May 24.
