Cypress Hits GSI With Memory Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. on Wednesday fired off a suit in Minnesota accusing GSI Technology Inc. of making and selling memory products that infringe its patents.

The San Jose, Calif.-based developer of static random access memory devices lodged its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, claiming GSI has violated five of its patents.
