DOJ Tries To Oust Zuckerman Atty From BCI Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- The Zuckerman Spaeder LLP attorney defending BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. and its CEO in a criminal investment fraud and obstruction of justice suit in Illinois must be disqualified because of potential conflicts of interest, prosecutors said Thursday.

The prosecutors urged Judge Amy J.
