Blue Cross Settles Doctor Fraud Claims For $128M

Law360, New York (April 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Twenty-three Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans across the U.S. agreed on Friday to pay $128 million and implement new billing procedures to settle a class action suit which accused the managed care companies of defrauding about 900,000 doctors.
