Texas High Court Won't Rehear Exxon Sabotage Suit

Law360, New York (April 01, 2011, 7:44 PM ET) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday denied Exxon Mobil Corp.'s bid to revisit a case that accused the oil giant of sabotaging wells in order to prevent other companies that leased the land from drilling at those locations.
