Ogma Asks ITC To Bar IPad, IPhone, Others From US

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- Ogma LLC filed a U.S. International Trade Commission complaint on Friday accusing Apple Inc., Motorola Mobility Inc. and others of violating U.S. trade law by selling products, including Apple's iPhone and iPad and Motorola's Droid Pro phones, that infringe two patents.

Longview, Texas-based licensing and enforcement company Ogma's complaint took aim at 21 proposed respondents — including HTC Corp., Nintendo Co. Ltd., Activision Blizzard Inc., Canon Inc., Motorola Mobility Inc., Sharp Corp. and Sony Corp. — and asked the ITC to bar the allegedly infringing products...
