Blagojevich Again Seeks Notes From Obama Interview

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Rod Blagojevich asked a federal judge on Monday to force prosecutors to hand over notes from an FBI interview of President Barack Obama conducted during the agency’s investigation of the former Illinois governor.

Blagojevich sought the notes prior to his first trial for corruption charges last year, but the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois refused his request.
