9th Circ. Revives Raytheon Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (April 4, 2011, 7:37 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday revived discrimination claims brought against government contractor Raytheon Co., finding that federal courts can consider employment discrimination claims against private companies that involve government security clearances.
