Law360, New York (April 05, 2011, 1:31 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge ruled Monday that a former AmeriPath Inc. regional sales manager breached a noncompete agreement by joining a rival diagnostic services company shortly after his resignation from AmeriPath.
Judge James I. Cohn of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted summary judgment to AmeriPath, finding former sales territory manager Christian Stevens liable for violating his employment agreement with AmeriPath by defecting to a rival, start-up SkinPath Solutions Inc.
