Eaton Sales Reps Seek $150M In Sex Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2011, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Two female ex-sales engineers at Eaton Corp. launched a $150 million proposed class action Tuesday in New York claiming the male-dominated power management company's gender equality efforts are “rooted in the Dark Ages.”

Amy Gaitane and Mahasti Koosha filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York accusing the company and three male managers of discriminating against a proposed class of hundreds of current and former female sales employees.
