Dallas Tile Co. Sues US Customs Over Excess Duties

Law360, New York (April 05, 2011, 6:41 PM ET) -- A Dallas-based ceramic and stone tile company launched a suit Tuesday against U.S. Customs and Border Protection, hoping to score a refund of what it claims were excess duties on wall tile and trim entered in 2002 and 2005.
