Law360, New York (April 06, 2011, 2:19 PM ET) -- A Nebraska magistrate judge on Tuesday recommended against the decertification of two classes in donning and doffing litigation brought by production line employees at Greater Omaha Packing Co. Inc.
Magistrate Judge Thomas D. Thalken of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska said the plaintiffs had produced sufficient evidence to back a ruling that the classes should not be decertified as requested by the meatpacking company.
