Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 2:35 PM ET) -- Carl Icahn on Wednesday urged a New York federal judge to reconsider a recent ruling that let Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. proceed with a lawsuit seeking to thwart Icahn’s plan to seize control of the studio.
