Ex-Deloitte Partner's Wife Admits To Obstructing SEC

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 3:47 PM EDT) -- The wife of former Deloitte Tax LLP partner Arnold McClellan on Tuesday pled guilty to criminally obstructing a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into a multimillion-dollar insider trading scheme in which the McClellans shared confidential information about mergers with relatives.
