Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 6:09 PM ET) -- A National Labor Relations Board office in New York claims Thomson Reuters Corp. violated federal labor law with its Twitter policy, marking the first such complaint involving the social networking service, a media workers union said Wednesday.
The NLRB's Manhattan office told the Newspaper Guild, which represents Reuters employees, that it would soon file a complaint against the news service over multiple alleged labor law violations unless the parties reach a settlement.
