Commerce Keeps Duties On Brazilian OJ

Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 5:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce will not revoke anti-dumping duties on orange juice imported from Brazil, the agency said in a notice of the initial findings of a review of the duties published Thursday in the Federal Register.
