Law360, New York (April 7, 2011, 12:39 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge approved Thursday the $320 million sale of bankrupt Blockbuster Inc. to Dish Network Corp., expressing hope that the buyer would make good on a plan to maintain the struggling video rental company as an ongoing business.
