Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 7:37 PM ET) -- Thomson Reuters Corp. and staffing company Adecco were slapped last week with a putative class action in California alleging they failed to pay writers for Reuters' FindLaw website proper overtime.
The suit was filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Clara, on April 1 by named plaintiff and former FindLaw writer Jason Beahm, who contends he worked as a writer for the defendants in Sunnyvale, Calif., from around March 1, 2010, to March 23, 2011.
