Law360, New York (April 07, 2011, 8:11 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday rejected a bid by Inspired Technologies Inc. to reinstate a $13.2 million jury award that had been slashed to $3 million in its breach of contract battle with Intertape Polymer Corp.
Judge Gregory A. Presnell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida ruled there was no basis for Inspired Technologies' motion to reinstate the award because there was no evidence to support it in the first place.
