PwC Director Urges DC Circ. To Revive Age Bias Claims

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 12:15 PM EDT) -- A PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP managing director tried to persuade the D.C. Circuit on Friday that he should be allowed to pursue individual, nonclass claims that the company discriminates against older employees in choosing who to promote to partnerships.
