DOC Keeps Duties On Russia, Ukraine Urea Imports

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 5:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday elected to maintain duties on imports of the fertilizer component urea from Russia and Ukraine following an expedited sunset review, while the U.S. International Trade Commission continues its full review of the duties.

Commerce's International Trade Administration concluded that the revocation of the anti-dumping duty orders on the imports would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping, according to a notice in the Federal Register.
