Law360, New York (April 08, 2011, 8:21 PM ET) -- Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. must face allegations it used improper business tactics by filing a baseless patent infringement suit against competitor Decas Cranberry Products Inc., a Massachusetts judge ruled.
Judge Rya W. Zobel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts denied Ocean Spray's motion for summary judgment on counterclaims made in a suit the cranberry giant filed against Decas in October 2008.
