Calif. Judge Nixes CBD Legal Fees Award

Law360, New York (April 8, 2011, 8:44 PM EDT) -- A California state court ruled Friday that the Center for Biological Diversity had won a limited victory that didn't justify its $258,000 attorneys' fee award in its efforts to obtain protection for the American pika under the California Endangered Species Act.
