Bosch Windshield Wiper Patents Invalid, Rival Says

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A South Korean auto parts manufacturer on Friday launched a suit in New Jersey seeking a declaratory judgment that its windshield wiper blades do not infringe three patents held by Robert Bosch GmbH.

ADM 21 Co.
