Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 4:38 PM ET) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Monday trimmed some claims from a class action brought by satellite installation technicians accusing DirectSat USA LLC and Unitek USA LLC of failing to pay them proper overtime.
Ruling on a cross-motions for summary judgment, Judge Barbara B. Crabb of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin narrowed some of the technicians' claims against DirectSat and its parent company Unitek as the case heads toward a jury trial scheduled to commence June 6.
